This feature facilitates the complete workflow of the hiring process, utilizing both Finance and Power Platform to cater to various roles within the process. Managers will initiate recruitment activities by using manager self-service in Dynamics 365 to submit a recruitment request. Recruiters, on the other hand, will utilize a model-driven Power App to oversee tasks such as managing jobs, internal job postings, conducting interviews, gathering feedback, and managing the candidate pipeline. Candidates will interact through a job portal built on Power Pages to apply for positions and monitor their application progress. These tailored experiences are designed to align seamlessly with each individual’s work style, offering companies the flexibility to extend and customize them according to their specific business requirements.

Now, you have the option to streamline the process by entering employee profile data once, and that same information seamlessly transfers to the other system. In the existing procedure, it is necessary to input employee data separately in Microsoft Entra and Dynamics 365 Human Resources, relying on manual methods for creating, updating, and deleting employee records. Traditionally, methods such as uploading CSV files or using custom scripts have been employed to synchronize employee data. As you may already be aware, these provisioning processes are prone to errors, lack security, and are challenging to manage. Through the integration of Microsoft Entra and Dynamics 365 Human Resources, you can eliminate duplicate entries, reduce data entry errors, and enhance overall operational efficiencies.
